As part of the implementation of our compliance strategy, we have set up a Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure that the Foundation acts ethically and in accordance with the law. The CMS also serves to prevent and avoid violations. This objective is aimed at the foundation's governing bodies, all employees and our funding recipients, cooperation partners and business partners.
Another key element of our CMS is the establishment of a web-based internal whistleblower system. This system offers all employees, funding recipients and cooperation and business partners of the foundation the opportunity to confidentially report violations of laws and internal guidelines.
